IBS Group Cancellation and Refund Policy
The terms of this agreement govern the cancellation policy and refund policy for services provided by IBS Group. These terms and conditions apply to all services provided under the laws and regulations of the UAE.
Service Description
IBS Group provides services that comply with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. You can use these services for your own business, organization, or as an independent user. The services are accessed via an Internet browser, and you are responsible for ensuring that you have an internet connection and the necessary equipment.
Subscribe to Beta Services
IBS Group offers testing of certain services in a closed or open beta format. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the provision of beta services without prior notice and liability to users.
Changes to the Terms of Service
The Company will notify you of any changes to the terms of use of the services. In case of changes that significantly affect your rights, you can stop using the services by notifying the company within 30 days.
User's obligations
The User must provide up-to-date and accurate information during registration. If incorrect or outdated data is found, IBS Group reserves the right to restrict access to the services.
Personal information and privacy
Users ' personal information is processed in accordance with the IBS Group Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your data.
Complaints and liability
All complaints related to the use of the services are handled by IBS Group. The User must respond to the submitted claims within 10 days. In case of non-response, the company has the right to disclose the user's contact details.
Payment for services
Services are provided on an annual subscription basis. The company can change the cost of services by notifying users in advance.
Limitation of liability
IBS Group provides services on an "as is" basis. The Company is not responsible for possible losses related to the use of the services, except in cases provided for by law.
Account suspension and termination
The Company has the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services in case of violations of the terms of the agreement, long periods of inactivity, or at the request of law enforcement agencies.
